2025 Think Manufacturing Expo Wrap-Up

The 2025 Think Manufacturing Expo presented by Swagelok was held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at Eastlake North High School and was hosted by the the Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce, Willoughby Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Eastern Lake County Chamber of Commerce and the Alliance for Working Together Foundation!

The Think Manufacturing Career Expo is designed to bring local manufacturers together with:
• High School Juniors and Seniors for job opportunities after graduation
• Freshmen, Sophomores, and Middle Schoolers to explore career options

The 2025 Think Manufacturing Career Expo was a great success.  The event welcomed almost a thousand students exploring the many career pathways available in manufacturing. Students had the opportunity to hear directly from young manufacturing professionals during the panel discussion. Our Expo floor was bursting with almost 40 manufacturers for students to meet and engage with regarding their career opportunities. We received positive feedback that the day was impactful for students, educators, and our manufacturers. We extend our gratitude to all our sponsors that contributed their financial and collaborative support.
