Registration begins at 8am, Shotgun Start at 9am

Schedule for the Day
8:00am – Registration, Breakfast, Skins Purchase ($20 per team paid at Skins table)
8:50am – Announcements
9:00am – Shotgun Start
1:30pm – Make sure all raffle tickets are turned in by Grand Raffle Table
Approx. 3:30pm – Happy Hour, Prize Pick-Up (See posters to see if you are a winner of a grand raffle prize, golfer only prize, or door prize), 2026 Golf Foursome Winner Announced, Prize Money Winners Announced
Additional Notes for Golfers:
Carts are lined up according to starting hole
Carts turn off automatically when you go off cart path
Place your lunch order with BlazeBite by 12:30pm at your designated hole listed on your lunch menu in the cart
Pick up your lunch order at the table near the food truck – please note: food will not be delivered
Please be sure that after playing your final hole, that you close out of your round on the GolfStatus App
Additional Notes for Sponsors:
If you are unable to walk to the clubhouse for the restroom, please wait at the designated large Mentor Chamber Red Flags (behind #1 hole, behind #10 hole, between 4 & 6 Fairway, by the clubhouse). A golf cart will be around to pick you up.
